Lisbon has cool, rainy and parcialy cloudy winters and mild and sunny Summers. In the warmest month – August – the highest temperature during the day typically ranges from 20 to 26 °C. Among European cities with a population above 500,000, Lisbon has one of the warmest winters (less than Valencia or Málaga) and one of the collest Summers in southern europe. Rain is heavy and occurs mainly in winter, and the summers are not dry, like the others contries in southern europe. Sunshine hours are about 2,700 per year. I think it's the best climate in Europe because even though the winters are warm (but colder than Valencia and Malaga) and the summers are also the collest in Southern europe with highs only ranging from 20-26'C! I also like that the summers aren't dry unlike the rest of southern Europe!

Lol summers aren’t dry with 10 mm in July and August?
D. Winter is way too wet, mild, and boring and summer is too cool.

Why do you say in August summer highs range from 20 C to 26 C when the average high is 28.3 C lol?
I personally give it an E. It's a snoozer but comfortable.

While you were either asleep or at work vandalization efforts on the Wikipedia article were discovered. Baba just directly quoted the dribble Spain-man had written about Lisbon

He did over the Lisbon page ages ago, myself & others have reverted his edits multiple times but the deranged one simply re-edited them, as he does when all his "edits" (vandalising) are undone

B. For a two-season climate it's very nice. Summer is warm, a bit too warm but not bad. Winter is at a good temperature for a place that doesn't get snow. If I had to live somewhere that didn't snow, this would be a decent one.

Solid C, verging on C+
Winters too rainy for my liking, but they're not that cloudy, averaging at 150 hours. Summers are just beautiful.
Sunshine hours are at 2,806 (check Wikipedia).

Beautiful Lisboa gets an A from me. Only has minor flaws like winters being slightly too mild, and not enough winter/spring rain.

C. Summer in Lisbon doesn't look that bad by the Iberian peninsula standard. Although I visited there last March and the weather was pleasantly balmy all the time.

B-
Better than I remembered - thought its summer averages were more like 26/17. Maybe that's Porto. I of course would prefer it a bit warmer year-round, and without the aridity in summer.
