What range is possible for your warmest month's averages?

Looking at the record of Trondheim AP Værnes, the summer with the coldest mean for the warmest month was 1962.
Monthly 24-hr mean Trondheim AP and avg max at that horrible summer 1962:
Jun: 10.1c avg max 13.8c
Jul: 12.4c avg max 16.5c
Aug: 12.5c avg max 16.9c
So our coldest summer, 56 years ago, still warmer than a normal Tromsø - summer.
1965 was almost as bad, 24-hr mean:
Jun: 12.9c
Jul: 12.5c
Aug: 12.6c
Let's hope this is impossible now.
The coldest ever recorded 24-hr mean for each of the summer months are:
Jun: 9.5
Jul: 12.4
Aug: 11.8
Our warmest summer month had 24-hr average 20c. No avg max temps back then.
The warmest in modern times: July 2014 with 24-hr mean 19.5c with avg max 24.9c (airport), and 19.8c mean and avg max 25.6c (Lade)
