This is one of Canada’s warmest climates, featuring the hottest summer means in the country and mildest winters outside of BC. It's also the thunderstorm capital of the country. This is probably my favorite climate in Canada, I give it a solid A. The winters are a bit wetter than I'd like, and I get the feeling the summers might get a little too hot and humid for me at times (never lived somewhere with summers that warm so I can’t say for sure), but otherwise this is a nearly ideal climate for me. These are the sunshine hours at the airport weather station, which are unlikely to be significantly different from the Riverside averages above:

B–, by inland standards. Winter highs are a bit too cold, but winter lows are nice and frosty. Summers could use greater diurnal ranges, but perhaps the storm activity may already be adequate; if so, then it shall upgrade to a B.

Best climate in Canada, but a downgrade for me. Winters are too cold.

Very similar to my climate in Ohio, just a bit more continental and dry and with less snow. B to B+ depending on if we're talking a year like 2012 or like 2014.

C. Depressing winter sunshine stats but at least summers aren't horrible.

B, pretty good. I'd like winter a bit cooler and summer as well, but everything basic is there

B-, like an improved version of Mpls other than the lower winter sunshine. Winter is still a bit too chilly for me but pretty mild compared to my area, and think it's more shielded from cold snaps than say Chicago. Shoulder seasons are more reliably mild than here, although imagine spring may be chilly at times (but better than the Toronto area and places further north). Summer seems mostly good but probably a bit too humid and prone to heatwaves like here, prefer the airport's stats for summer.

C+.
Needs colder/snowier winters. Summers need to be much drier, with less humidity.
