Yap, Federated States of Micronesia earns an E for me: too hot and wet year-round. At least in my eyes, it doesn't deserve an F because the high dew points will moisture my dry skin, and the temperatures while very uncomfortable, aren't lethal in any season.

A. Very pleasant temperatures and humidity and it never gets cold, however, it is slightly too rainy which prevents it from getting an A+.
