Apparently Chekunda (50N) is even colder in the winter than Baruuntaruun, but its annual mean is a couple degrees warmer.

Apparently Chekunda (50N) is even colder in the winter than Baruuntaruun, but its annual mean is a couple degrees warmer. Yeah it's crazy how cold those winters are. Most subarctic climates don't even have winters that cold.
