Morocco easily, for having more seasonality (ie milder winters), and much less summer rain and humidity.

I love both, but have to pick Florida for the legendary storms. I'm thinking maybe California vs. Morocco might be a better comparison as they have more in common.

Both regions have pretty good climates but I'll say Morocco for having better temps, especially away from immediate coast

The best town in all of Florida beats the best place in coastal Morocco, but not the best place anywhere in Morocco.

Morocco, has some comfortable climates on the coast, but nowhere to escape the heat and humidity in Florida.
