Let's say the global climate warmed by 2°C; would your climate get better or worse?
Mine would obviously (all other environmental effects aside) be going through a significant improvement. Mays like this last one would be a regular occurence as 19-20°C avg high frontloaded warm years would become paramount, and September lows would also warm quite a bit due to the milder sea. Winters would improve in some ways, with increased chances of warmth in March, while lose out on snow, which would be a shame. On the other hand, 25°C July's would more than make up for that.

Worse. These blasted 21st Century winters are too bloody warm already; haven't a proper winter since fucken 2015 round here! Too much high pressure nowadays, perhaps, but summers are also cooler now than they were back then—much hotter summers back then, along with colder winters. The annual snow line used to lie at ~400 m AMSL instead of ~700 m AMSL; snow used to fall upwards of 55 cm in towns like Mudgee (454 m AMSL; 32° S)...just imagine Black Springs! A repeat of the 19th Century or earlier cycle would be much needed here. More continental = win

South FL is already way too warm for me.

No. Just no. South FL is already way too warm for me. I swear some crazy people down there would cheer that because those lows in the 40's and polar outbreaks would be a thing of the past, wouldn't there be?

Better. The almost completely snowless winters would be bland, but the rest of the year would more than make up for it.
I'd still rather have an extra 300 sun hours a year than an extra 2C though.

It would be worse with winters becoming even less reliable than they already are in terms of cold and snow and summers becoming more unbearable. It would be a whole lot worse.

Definitely gain. More heat and energy for thunderstorms.

If I'm to base it off of the warmer than usual years, then I will say it's an improvement, but there are also many draw backs which might cancel out the improvements if not make it worse. Winters have been getting warmer but also wetter which is the biggest down side, another one being that the summer dry season is becoming drier and longer which is making our fire season much worse and if last year is a preview of what is to come, then our beautiful clear summer sunny skies will become hazy with ash falling from the sky, if that is the case then I don't want that at all, but if a new equilibrium will emerge and the fires settle down then I welcome the hotter summer.

Better. Of course. I don't understand the global warming hysteria. It's even become so ridiculous that politicians prioritize co2 removal before removing deadly pollution. What people should be worrying about is the next ice age, which will come any day. Just look at the cycles of ice ages and warmer periods. This warmer period hasnt even been close to as warm as the last warmer periods. The warm periods last for roughly 10 000 years while the ice ages last for 100 000 years. And as we know, the last ice age ended for over 10000 years ago. An ice age will cause a collapse of Europe and the technological era, mass deaths all over etc. So pray to the gods that our human made co2 levels will have enough effect to prevent or postpone the ice age. I don't think it'll bee enough in the long run.

Just to show you what a Bathurst snowfall used to look like:

We finally got a pic of you!^
Anyways, better for me. 28C/29C average in the summer still isn't enough for my personal tastes, but it would be a vast improvement.

The earth warming by 2C doesn't necessarily mean 'better' weather. Warmer, yes, wetter and cloudier for us though I think. Someplace a on earth would be unliveable though I imagine.

Do you mean a blanket 2c warmer with current synoptics, or with additional knock on effects like the Gulf Stream slowing?
A 2c blanket rise would make us like Bordeaux, which is an improvement. However if we lose our source of warmth and get cold, snowy winters and cooler, drier summers we would end up like Sweden or Denmark, which would obviously suck.
A 2c rise would give us a 7c mean in Jan and Feb, and a 21c mean in July and August.

Objectively speaking, gain. I'd hate the softer winters though.
