Idi Amin Dada/Kampala. Tropical highland climates moderated by altitude are temperature wise the best imo and no wonder the humanity originally comes from these areas.

Florence (Machiavelli), by far. The only Mediterranean climate on here, similar to my dream climate, gets an A grade.

It's a toss up between Jos and Kampala. In the end Jos edges out Kampala for the win due to the awesome sunshine totals.

It's Jos vs Kampala for me (Addis is pretty good too). Kampala holds the record for the highest mean annual thunderstorm days at 242 days and that's pretty hard to pass up. But it's just too gloomy! Jos very likely also has a lot of storms and is much sunnier than Kampala, so I'll go with that.

Vinh.... an excellent example of north of the Equator south east Asian Monsoonal climate.....reminds me of inland sites near home home ! They have nice cool winters, so there is some dry season relief from the heat and humidity.

Difficult as there are no clear citrus/ski climates here - I'll go with Florence for being closest to that ideal.
