Rosario. POOtugal has terrible climates, like most of south Europe.

They're both really good climates for playing football, and I choose Ronaldo's hometown for having the superior precipitation pattern. Also lmao at Rosario's airport being named after the Falkland Islands

Tough choice. Despite being dryer, I'll give the edge to Funchal for the cooler summers and lower sunshine.
