One of Europe's finest interior climates, not as good as Pamplona, Ourense and Braga, but not far off at all: B+
Arezzo is located in East Central Tuscany, close to the point where Emilia-Romagna, Umbria and Tuscany converge. It's got higher diurnals than Florence and coastal Tuscany, but the maritime influence is strong considering its position west of the Appenines, resulting in winters being similar to eastern coastal city Ancona on the same latitude (9/0 in Arezzo inland, 9/1 in Ancona on the coast). I think it's fair to assume sunshine to be in the lower 2000's, judging by Bologna, which is the nearest sunshine station listed on Wikipedia.
