A shocking downgrade (A to D+). Snow ratios could be better yes but I don't think they are that bad as to downgrade it that much. I've mostly been there in summer and it was usually around 28-30C. My severe downgrade owes chiefly to my intolerance of cool summers, compared to back then. The summer minima in particular are especially nasty. However, reading over my post again, I was too rash with my winter rain comment—as I now realise that the winter record highs are only 8°–9° C, so warm rain isn't a possibility (luckily). Upgraded to a C+ upon that realisation.

A. Great summers with a good amount of rain, awesome snowy winters that could be quite a bit colder to prevent freeze-thaw cycles. Good winter sunlight.

Even right now with such a mild airmass and no frontal activity, the temp is hovering just above freezing during the day.

C+
I have to give this a better rating than where I live because both winter and summer are superior. A bit too wet perhaps but it's still dry on half the days of the year so can't be that bad. I thought it was a lot colder actually, I've heard of people going skiing there and saying it was too cold to enjoy it.

Shitty, eh? D. At least winter is nice and snowy, but I'd rather the summer temperatures be the winter temperatures instead.

A
Excellent climate. Cold but not too cold winters, comfortable summers, not overly sunny and good precipitation. Not really any negatives about this climate IMO.

It could have been a much better climate but has that shitty Mediterranean precipitation pattern. The cool summers, low sunlight hours and good snowfall save it though.

A-. Could be more variable during winter.

Exactly the "temperate" (non-polar) climate I detest. Suicidal, gloomy, cold winters. Anemic summers. Yuck.

D. The dry and sunny summers are nice, but the long, cold, wet and dark winters make this climate rather depressing for me.
