Out of principle I spell Québec in its original Francophone spelling, since removing the accent in English is a bit ridiculous. Either way, this is two Francophone cities on roughly similar latitudes, one coastal, one inland. For me, Lorient handily wins (B- vs D+). Québec City simply has too cold and long winters to be worthwhile, even though receiving a bunch of snow helps it somewhat. Summers are better in Québec, but Lorient still has solid autumns in particular due to the Atlantic seasonal lag.
