There should really be a disclaimer in this thread stating that old Nogales data is 1892-1983... Here are the new normals. Temps have warmed quite a bit and snowfall has decreased ten-fold. Both stations are a ways outside the city itself, but the airport station is closer (and much more closely matches the Mexican station just across the border from the city). Mackay has new data as well.

Mackay for the rainfall and pleasant winters. Warmer than I would like but it's a tradeoff for the rain.

Have to go with Nogales, as Mackay is too wet and humid in summer
