The two countries have a lot in common, including a cold climate. But which climate is better?

The Mongolian place is miles better from March to October. Winter is much too cold but at least itโs sunny so probably not too brutal.
Tough decision, Iโll lean toward Mongolia.

Which is which? Well lad, both places have quite a significant populace with sub-human craniums originating from Vietnam/Southern China, and thus share non-Indo-European languages, and are thus quite inferior to the great Anglo-Saxon tribe. But climatically, they are very different, with one much drier and colder than the other. Finland is slightly superior due to its generally higher precipitation rates despite anomolousley high sub-human craniums compared to Mongolia.

Helsinki. The 3C added highs in summer in Ulaanbaatar are not worth the untold months of polar hell.

Finland. Especially with its modern climate.
Going trough all the individual months is way too much work, but there you have the means and records at least:

Finland. Even I wouldn't survive those Mongolian winters.

There are some unanswered questions though:
- Which city has the best inner-city latte yurts? - Which city is more horseable? - Which city have the more greenie-leftist Khan? - Which city has the best archery ranges?

The difference is too small to choose. AAAAAAAAH. Does not compute.
Seriously, I like the temps in Ulan Bator more but the precip in Helsinki is much better. Hmmmmm.

Both are a complete failure, but I like the dryness of Ulan Bator's winters. The extreme cold would be quite interesting to experience. The summers are also better and get a lot of thunderstorms, from records I've seen. Going to vote Ulan Bator.

Helsinki. Mongolia isn't horrible (a bit dry for me), but better than alot of Asia. Finland is a great country (weather wise).
