Actually a ski resort, whose base area averages daytime highs above freezing year round. Fair to say though that with 2/-12 averages and heavy snowfall it's going to stick anyway, no matter the UV at its elevation and latitude.
For me it's a C-
Winters would seem quite fun compared to ones around here, but snowfall and sleet might get excessive sometimes, especially getting weary during spring. Summers are very good. UV would be a concern, but highs are great, and lows manageable. Sadly it gets cool a little bit too fast, I would prefer it to hang aroud a bit better in autumn.
As for sunshine, it's anyone's guess, but I reckon between 2,500 and 2,800 hours by international standards judging by Denver, which is not that far lower in terms of elevation.

B minus. Loses some points because summers seem a bit too wet for my liking. Winters look quite nice.

A solid A climate. Been there in June/July and it was perfect. The people are absolute shitheads though.

Summer lows are much too cold, and snow in May is a big no-no. D-.

B+ for climate, F- for insane expense and terrible people. Glad I wasn't going crazy when I was there. Never encountered such people. Just buying some food in a grocery store and driving through town was really unpleasant.

Winters are better than here, warmer and snowier, but summers are so limp it's not even funny. The record low is below freezing every month of the year! D

LOL, how dafuq did I give this an A back then?! More like Aspie, Colorado.
Cโ. Boring summers and polar as fuck. Only positives are the snow and somewhat acceptable precip pattern.

B+, very good. Winter highs a bit warm and summer lows too cold especially in June. Precipitation amount and pattern is decent. Colorado doesn't see much sleet or winter rain though. WRCC has average snow depth and the snow definitely sticks around. wrcc.dri.edu/cgi-bin/cliMAIN.pl?co0370It's odd that they used 1899-1979 snowfall and 1981-2010 rainfall. Rainfall for 1899-1979 was only 19.31"

B. Too cold, too snowy, and summers are too dry but definitely a better than average climate

C+ Too cold at night and too snowy outside of winter. Summer isn't hot enough. But I like that it gets snow and sunshine and the days are reasonably warm. It could be bumped up to an A- by making the lows 10ยฐF warmer in every month.

I'll give it an A. Good snowfall totals.
