This is an elevated climate in south-central Sri Lanka, around 7ยฐN (just beneath).
Warmest nights are when the days are at their coolest, and warmest days are when nights are at their coolest. Simply a fascinating equatorial highland climate. Very cloudy as well, especially given most equatorial climates have above 2,000 hours of sunshine.
My rating is a C. Summers are a bit too cool, it's too cloudy, and no month is really warmer than my area's July, this combined with too much rainfall.

A- from Me.
Splendid temps and even more splendid precipitation. Minor points off for lack of sunshine.
