In my opinion these are the best climates out of the capitals in the Romance and Germanic language areas of Europe - respectively. Anyway, which one will win?
I find both being very good in many aspects, but Lisbon is better year round; a solid A climate. Vienna is a stable B climate, but too much of winter is stuck in the boring 0-5°C temperature range, and it ought to be sunnier to get a higher rating for its temperatures. The amount of precipitation doesn't seem to match the snowfall too well using the 1:100 ratio, but I guess sleet might be quite common.

Vienna. Winters are stuck in a bad spot but it's a little better than Lisbon. Does Vienna get storms in summer?
Vienna's snow numbers look reasonable. With an average near 0C they will get rain in winter. If precipitation comes during warmer weather like it does for me, the snow total is too high.
