For me this is probably the best climate of Colorado. Moderate summer lows, and a greater chance for snow to remain on the ground than in Denver. Summer dew points also should be quite low, making 30/12 very comfortable. Out of the innermountain West, this is as good as it gets.
I'll give it a very weak B- compared to a standard C for Denver.

B-. good climate overall. April and May need warmer lows.
I was there in March during a warm spell but there was still plentiful snow around.

B. Very nice climate. Too bad both diurnal range and summers temperatures are too high otherwise I'd give it an A.
I'm guessing sunshine is above 2500 hours like a lot of places in the US, which is also a drawback to me.
