C
It's slightly above Nykรถping in my rating. Winters are equal nonsense but with even less snow there, but summers are too hot and humid near the Black Sea to be ideal. It would be acceptable, but far from optimal. Where this climate beats climates like New York City and similar Atlantic US climates out is that its much drier.

B-/B. Nice climate, too stable and summer to cool.

The minus comes from lower than ideal precipitation.

C+ not bad, but it's too dry and winter is too mild.

C. Summers are too warm and year annual precipitation is too low.
C+ not bad, but it's too dry and winter is too mild. What winters temperatures would you consider ideal?

I don't really have a pinpointed temperature that I'd consider ideal, more of a range. You're gonna think I'm crazy though, because I like it quite bitter in the winter. Anything with highs between -10 C and -30 C and lows 10 C colder than that gets an A grade winter in my view.

A high below -5ยฐC would already be too cold to me. A high between -5ยฐC and 2ยฐC is ideal to me, with lows between -10ยฐC and -5ยฐC.

Mehh.. like a worse form of Providence, with more aridity, duller winters and poorer winter diurnal ranges. Summers may be a bit less muggy though. B-/C+

C- due to cold winters. Basically the same as Chicago but with less sunshine in winter and less rain.
