Weak C-/D+
Probably very lackluster sunshine hours in winter. Boring winter temps but the summers look nice, if not a bit boring. It's very close to Stuttgart though which has decent winter sunshine hours. Would the terrain allow for similar sunshine in Owen?

C-; rather bland, but not horrible. As Razza said, warmer than I expected.

People have hills behind their houses there, so probably an obstructed horizon similar to Stuttgart.

This climate is not that different from Owen's place. C

B–; rather poor climate. Winter temperatures are epic, but unfortunately not damp enough; summer temperatures are too weak and stable, but at least with plentiful precipitation and (relatively) low humidity by EU standards.
Latitude (48.6° N) is too high—too much summer daylight, and is perhaps the characteristic most responsible for its poor rating.

That hill will get more snow than Owen's...
C.
Boring winters and too rainy summers.

C. Winters not cold enough; Summers too humid. It's pretty much the same as the rest of Germany.

Nobody seems to have picked up on the joke. A few people did, I think.
Owen is a B climate, summer is good but winter is not. +5/-3 is too close to freezing, should be colder or warmer.
The hills next to Owen are snow-covered all year despite the low difference in elevation. It's a confusing weather anomaly that scientists have yet to figure out. The locals in Owen just think it's normal.

B-
Very good temperatures and precipitation overall, but the winters straddle the freezing line a little too much and they seem like they're probably quite gloomy as most German winters are.

D, just generally too chilly all year and a shitty precipitation pattern.
