This is the county seat of a Native American county in Southern North Dakota, with almost as high of a record high temp as Steele's famous North Dakota 49Β°C/120Β°F all-time record.
While only 210 people lived there as of 2016 according to Wikipedia it still has a weather station.
My rating is a D+
Very nice summers. Dry and 30/13 is really pleasant, even though it's not A+ material. Winters are too cold and snowfall is perhaps a bit too low, although it will most likely still hang around for three months, so it'd probably be alright.

D+ fucken. 7 months with lows below freezing is way too much and it's also far too dry. Winter is too cold.

B, too dry in winter. Summer days too warm but nights are good so humidity is probably low. Not much snow for how cold it is.

B-
Mostly good temperatures, though the average highs in July/August are a little on the warm side for me, as are the record highs, and I'm not a fan of the late winter/early spring snowfall peak.

Plains Trash. D+ since summer nights and winter days aren't that bad. Don't mind the diurnal range so much but its way too dry as well and has arid, frigid winters. That being said, summers may be more comfy than mpls due to cool nights even with the nasty records.
