October to April is pretty good, but apart from that (and the sunshine hours) it's pretty crap. E

That summer looks pretty scary. But looking at this: www.wunderground.com/history/monthly/kw/kuwait/OKBK/date/2018-8 I get the feeling that the humidity is pretty low (looks like mostly single digit dewpoints in the afternoon). Just stay indoors during the mid-afternoon and it would probably be ok (diurnal ranges are high -- nearly 20 C -- so it would probably be much cooler just a couple of hours either side of 3 PM). I'll give it a B. Warm and sunny but a bit boring with hardly any rain or storms.

Winter is top class, but summer is unliveable, especially with the Gulf humidity...

E-
Decent weather from November to March, absolutely hideous and totally unliveable the rest of the year.

Summers too hot but otherwise very nice. Marks down for no rain though.

A. Definitely no chance of cold, cloudy weather in the summer season.

D-
Terribly hot, even though the winters are pleasant. I'm biased towards desert climates for some reason, so I won't give it a rating lower than D.

B-; summers aren't as scary as they seem, once you factor in that only 4 months out of the year are unpleasantly hot (on average) and that dew points are low in spite of its proximity to the Persian Gulf.

F+. Too hot summers and too dry year-round. At least the little rain usually comes in the form of exciting thunderstorms.
BTW, humidity in Kuwait City is lower than most cities on the Persian (Arabian) Gulf.

Low humidity or not, five months of 40+ C highs (and two months with highs pushing 50 C) is really hardcore. This is worse than Death Valley (albeit lows are slightly cooler). Plus it's way too dry. I'd prefer a narrower seasonal range and much higher summer rainfall (or, well, any summer rainfall). I reckon anywhere in the Pilbara is better than this. I'm downgrading this slightly to a C+.
