Would've gone with Perth if its winters weren't so wet.
It's a toss up between Renmark and my area, but I'd go with Renmark for the semi-aridness (but I wonder what its sunshine hours are?)

I voted Tullamarine cause I think it's the best climate out of all the options, although Black Springs, NSW and Bankstown, NSW are also pretty good too!
