Maizhokunggar County is just below the annual mean, but pretend we are at a slightly lower elevation of the adminstrative division. IMO, even though the weatherbox is certainly boteved, it does make sense: a perfect amount of sunshine, summer downpours at night and not too cold days (though cool to cold nights). However, it is still too cool year-round, and it could be a little less arid in winter. It gets a C-. On the other hand, Villa Puerto Edén is an insanely wet subpolar oceanic climate with no months of dryness. Humid cold year-round, but without too much snowfall compared to rainfall (even in winter). It gets an F+.

Villa Puerto Edén is the new "worst" climate on the list. I think it would be worse than the islands in New Zealand. Campbell Island is too cold, but some of the Auckland Islands are within the range. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auckland_Islands. They are known for high winds, cloud, and rain almost every day. But they aren't quite as wet. It is also a interesting remote place. The nearby mountains and glaciers mean it is only accessible by sea. There are no roads, only a wooden boardwalk/staircase. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Villa_Puerto_Ed%C3%A9nThe nearby village of Caleta Tortel has street view if you are curious. This village has some roads, but most of the buildings are connected with a boardwalk.
