C+. Could've been a B- had it not been for the shocking early spring.

Grade B-. It could be an A-/B+ year if February and March were 2~3Β°C warmer, and July was 3Β°C cooler.

C- Winter is lame and mild, and the warm season is too dry, but warm season temperatures are quite good by London standards.

I give it a C-.
Negatives for me are that winter is too mild and snowless, and spring takes a bit too long to get going. I'd also prefer another 400 hours of sunshine spread evenly across spring and summer, and for June and August to be more like July temperature wise.
These are all minor things individually, but they add up enough to the mark down a bit unfortunately. Realistically for UK standards, the summer was amazing and will be a tough one to beat. I think they had some excellent storms down there too.

It gave 3 ice days in a row (and the only 2 ice days ever recorded in March), as well as the coldest March day on record.

I think you only had a bit of a dusting though didn't you? We barely even had an inch of snow here. The ice days are good, but March for me is a spring month so I want to see nicer days and growing flowers by then, so the ice days should be in winter only for me!

I was driving to Norwich at the start of that episode. Heathrow only had a few mm while Norwich had about 15-20cm!

We are in a bad location here for snow, but nearby places like Leeds do much better, and Sheffield can get ridiculous amounts of snow. WO is showing some significant cold at the end of it's forecast for London now, so let's see what happens this time around!
