This is very tough. I would normally choose Shitchester, but damn April and November were brutal. Gรถtรถnvaara had a quite a good year with something reminding of a winter, but nah.
I'll go with Plรคttis (Kansas City) just for the variety's sake.

Rochester for me, Turku and Milwaukee 2nd and 3rd. Rochester had a lot of snow and a decent summer. Turku's June and spring/fall were bad but not terrible. Milwaukee was ok.
The bad ones (for me) Renmark-Too dry North Vancouver-depressing rainy winter, and then it's still rainy in June when it should be sunny. AJ's climate-too hot
London had a surprisingly good summer this year. But not enough to make up for the boring winter.

I'll choose Milwaukee. Rochester is a close second, followed by Turku and then Trondheim.
I did not expect my own climate to be so well-liked!

Plรคttis is probably a "best of the undesirable options" choice by many, including me.

Here it is. Sorry for the quality, will fix later. Edit: fixed quality I should do a blend of Amherst & Long Island for my 2018; the change won't stand out as much as your combo, of course

Of all members' climates, the best one by far is Saskatoon (morningrise). I don't even have to look at the 2018 climate box to know that.
Of the choices listed, Umea is quite easily the superior one, marginally beating Turku.
