Pretty similar to Greer, AZ or Cloudcroft, NM, although those are most likely snowier due to more winter precipitation. I'll give this one a B-. Great climate in a very pretty part of the world but the summers are bit too mild and the winters are tad dry.

D+. Too cold year-round. The good thing is that being at a higher elevation slightly outside of the basin increases sunshine more. Still, it's just as bad as Chongqing, and I don't like Chongqing's intense midsummer heat.

Solid winter average lows, but too mild daytime highs, and summer is too cool. I give it a D.
