Good but warm winters. Summers are very good as I'm sure there aren't a ridiculous amount of precipitation days. I'd expect heavy convective rain there in summer over a handful of days, rather than endless light rain.

It's okay, snow amounts are excellent but winter temps are too warm and summer is too cool. I give it a C-.

C+/C... too cold and summers are too wet. Good record highs though, and appreciate that winter days remain above freezing.
