Here's a elevation-influenced climate with pleasant temperatures and a North Indian monsoon pattern. I give it a solid A. Note that even though the source is not the most reliable and there are contradicting sources, I did a linear interpolation based on elevation and average temperatures with Shimla and Chandigarh and found the temperatures to be accurate. For the purposes of this thread, just use the climate box on Wikipedia. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solan#ClimateHumidity seems very reasonable considering the temperatures in the humid season. In a way, I kind of like the idea of separate dry and humid heat seasons as it provides more seasonality. weatherspark.com/y/109244/Average-Weather-in-Solan-India-Year-Round#Sections-Humidity

I'll give it a B-. The pre-monsoon season is a bit hot for me, but relatively short. Would prefer a bit chillier winters and more spring rainfall, but they are alright. Shimla is a B+ (best climate in India), and Chandigarh is a C.

A weak C-
The precipitation is almost perfect. The temperature pattern is interesting as well but those winters are very boring and mild. Summers look great though!
