Summers are still a touch hot and winters and March too chilly, but it's a touch better than Providence, and far better than somewhere like Omaha or Beijing. Also, does anyone have climate data for Newport, RI? Would be curious to know its stats...

C+. Too cool year-round, especially in winter. Still decent though.
