2 people don’t create a conspiracy. I had merely granted you with two examples, so pardon any miscommunication(s). The Bureau of Meteorology, in the case of my nation, has been caught meddling with Goulburn's cold minimum record in the winter of 2017; discontinued Charlotte Pass by 2015 due to "lack of observers"—which is no proper excuse for to refuse an AWS installment, yet they have absolutely no problem with installing AWS sites in hotter regions. Forgetting that Sydney's highest temperature was, in fact, 47.8° C in 1939 at Richmond RAAF, whilst telling us that Penrith's 47.3° C was actually the highest in the Sydney Basin, was also downright preposterous and fraudulent of them...Richmond RAAF doesn't even yield Penrith's UHI, yet still managed to be hotter! Wagga's Kooringal station (1871-1985) yielded warmer highs year-round than today's Wagga AMO station (>1941)—with quite the disparity, too: 1871-1985 = 16.4° / 33.1° C (midsummer); >1941 = 16.3° / 31.7° C (midsummer); likewise Bathurst Gaol, and more prominently, our real Australian National Record: 51.7° C at Bourke Post Office, NSW, in 1909—before it was absurdly discarded as yielding "non-standard measurement"—despite the opposite being true—that is to say. Such blatant contradiction is what renders these corporate elites as crooked preachers of the AGW Cult.

it's real. look at svalbard, no colder than average month since nov 2010. but i don't belive in sustainable energy or whatever it's called. i think geo-engineering the the only way to solve it.

How about you reply to the thread topic? Also note how nearly every AGW proponent, unable to make actual arguments, immediately resorts to personal attacks.
Ok, then.
I fully think that AGW is real, it has been proven over and over again. And I can see climate change happening here in Finland. Less snow in Lapland, migratory birds arriving earlier, new species landing on our shores all the time, mean temperatures going up, temperature records broken all the time and so on.
I believe that because the human-caused rapid warming of our climate it will spell disaster on our planet. To the extent that it doesn't matter anymore if it originally was man-made or not. Global warming is something we have to try to limit and combat with all tools possible. Triggered when in 2015 1.5 million migrants came in to Europe? What if 100 million Bangladeshi arrives on our doorstep?
BTW, I read an article saying that one reason why the 'Little Ice Age' was so severe was that the agricultural and pastoral civilisations in the Americas were practically wiped out very quickly after the arrival of Europeans, and thus much less co2 was released into the atmosphere.

Climate change could be easily solved by introducing large amounts of non-toxic aerosols to the atmosphere. Unfortunately it’s difficult to model exactly what doing such a thing would do...rather risky.

Are you so ill-informed that you think it's only the last decade that temps have been rising in Svalbard and all over the world?
Do you think the permafrost melting is due to a conspiration? Or the fact that weather stations with long recording history almost never set any new cold records any longer, while they set new heat records so often now that we almost doesn't register it any longer. And no, I am not talking about UHI-stations, but stations far from cities.
No serious researcher ever said it would be a completely linear trend, it is still natural variations.
Wait for the next El Nino and see what happens to global temperatures that year.

Are you so ill-informed you don't know winters in Siberia are getting colder and Greenland's ice thickness is increasing at a record pace? That the Canadian arctic was only accessible for icebreakers last summer and ships got stuck like it was 1845? See, I can pick random places that don't align with your viewpoint too.

Quite the contrary here in Australia, actually; cold records in the winter of 2018 shattered many of the previous readings, such as the –8.6° C at Tamworth AP AWS, NSW (395 m AMSL; 31° S) last winter. If only the Charlotte Pass station were still active...would surely give the greenie blighters a run for their money!

The five warmest years globally has occured after 2010.
The weak warming from 1998-2012 was likely caused by natural variations - a series of La Nina events and a negative fase of the Pacific Decadal Oscillation. And what is taking up most of the added heat? The oceans. So when they start releasing that heat again, as in a El Nino....

Climate change is obviously real and obviously caused by humans. Anyone with a basic grasp of science understands this. However, no individual meteorological event or natural disaster can be directly tied to climate change is disingenuous and people who try to sound the alarm over every event, all of which happened without "climate change" are just as bad as the deniers. This attitude is what gets me, it reminds me of Aesthete's ramblings. It's all obvious, no proof necessary, anyone who doubts it is a hater and a denier and doesn't understand science. Are you talking about science or Jesus? Because real science welcomes criticism and attempts at refutation and doesn't personally attack critics.
Here are some of the predictions the proponents of this 100% scientifically sound theory have made, all of which were laughably false: - 1988, Dr. James Hansen. Asked by author Rob Reiss how the greenhouse effect was likely to affect the neighborhood below Hansen’s office in NYC in the next 20 years, Hansen replied: “The West Side Highway [which runs along the Hudson River] will be under water. And there will be tape across the windows across the street because of high winds. And the same birds won’t be there. The trees in the median strip will change…There will be more police cars…[since] you know what happens to crime when the heat goes up.”
- Sept 19, 1989, St. Louis Post-Dispatch: “New York will probably be like Florida 15 years from now.”
- 1990, Michael Oppenheimer, The Environmental Defense Fund: “By 1996, the Platte River of Nebraska would be dry, while a continent-wide black blizzard of prairie topsoil will stop traffic on interstates, strip paint from houses and shut down computers… The Mexican police will round up illegal American migrants surging into Mexico seeking work as field hands.”
- October 15, 1990, Carl Sagan: “The planet could face an ecological and agricultural catastrophe by the next decade if global warming trends continue.”
- 1990, Actress Meryl Streep: “By the year 2000 – that’s less than ten years away — earth’s climate will be warmer than it’s been in over 100,000 years. If we don’t do something, there’ll be enormous calamities in a very short time.”
- July 26, 1999, The Birmingham Post: “Scientists are warning that some of the Himalayan glaciers could vanish within ten years because of global warming. A build-up of greenhouse gases is blamed for the meltdown, which could lead to drought and flooding in the region affecting millions of people.”
- April 1, 2000, Der Spiegel: “Goodbye winter. Never again snow?”
- March 29, 2001, CNN: “In ten years’ time, most of the low-lying atolls surrounding Tuvalu’s nine islands in the South Pacific Ocean will be submerged under water as global warming rises sea levels.”
- Oct 20, 2009, Gordon Brown, UK Prime Minister (referring to the Copenhagen climate conference): “World leaders have 50 days to save the Earth from irreversible global warming.”
I wonder what will happen first, Jesus returning or the North pole melting, because it isn't looking good for either.
You are 100% correct in your assessment. Although I would more readily call it "horseshit", or hevonpaska, as they say in Finland -- as opposed to a hoax. The paralells between religious zealots and AGW zealots is striking yet not surprising. It's just another form of control over a populace. Same turd, different colour. "You're just a denier!!!11"

NOAA and NASA have repeatedly been caught tampering data so I'd take their graphs with a grain of salt.

Annual mean temp averaged for all Finnish weather stations. If you don't see a trend, you're stupid.

Source you used: Founded in 2010, Climate Change Dispatch is a climate change denial blog edited by attorney James Taylor. According to their about page: “Climate Change Dispatch (CCD) is a science and environmental news site showing its visitors the facts behind the theory of global warming, which are not being told by the mainstream media and the global-warming zealots. As noted below*, we do not believe in consensus science. Beliefs belong in church, in prayers, but not in the scientific method.”
In review, Climate Change Dispatch is very honest in that they claim they do not support the consensus of science and that they deny the impact of human-made global warming (AWG). Articles contain loaded emotional language such as this: Election Slaughter For Climate Activism. This story is a republishing of James Taylor’s article written for the right biased and factually mixed American Thinker. In general, most content on this website is republished articles from other right biased sources that question climate change. There is some original content published as well, that also works to minimize concern over climate change. This source also promotes conspiracies such as Oxford University publishing fake news. Essentially, this is a website that promotes anti-climate change propaganda.

my main problem is most AGW-supporters are in the liberal/communist camp, which i certainly don't support. e.g pär holmgren here in sweden.if you accept agw, you automatically have to accept a whole lot of other stuff as well. just as they don't give a fuck about diversity (e.g pro race mixing, even though they know that position is less likely to bring an end to AGW).

What about the heat recently in Australia. Any heat records, and record warm lows? Was there not even a world record, or record for the southern hemisphere? Notice how we didn't reach or surpass the >50° C range this summer? It was more commonplace to exceed >50° C back then, especially about the time of Australian Federation in the late 19th and early 20th Centuries. All-Time Australian National Record = 51.7° C at Bourke Post Office, NSW (1909) Modern Australian National Record = 50.6° C at Oodnadatta, SA (1960) Notice how none of them were recorded in the 21st Century?

All of that is absolutely correct, it's a denier website. They always link sources for their data though so it's irrelevant. You have the whole mainstream media on your side, surely we can have a few websites?

Ok assuming the data is real (not saying it's not), where is the robust proof that CO2 has caused this trend? Please don't give me a correlating graph of increasing CO2 and say that is the cause. I would more readily believe the UHI effect has more sway in the trend than >CO2.

Don't fall into the partisan rabbit hole! Climate change is real and proven. Much more proven than your claims about race, and it's not a partisan issue. Almost all European right-wing parties think climate change is real. I think even the NRM believes it, and some of their members root for eco-fascist policies.
