Devils landing has no seasons and, as would be expected of such a climate, has essentially the same temperatures, precipitation, and snowfall year round. This climate is anything but mundane, however. Temperatures vary wildly day to day and week to week. Monthly anomalies can be extreme during a period where a warm or cold pattern persists for a lengthy period of time. In Devils Landing every temperature and weather condition that has happened on earth has occured at some point in history. Lets see how this climate does...

Gets an F for effort! Amazing idea of an "interesting" climate with benign averages!

I need to know how often temperatures to go below -30C, -40C, -50C, -60C, etc. to give an accurate rating, but I guess E for now. Try to grow something there. EDIT: Will change this to an F upon further thought because it's better to stay on the "safe" side and choose a horrible but survivable climate like Winterpeg over a climate that I'm not completely sure I can survive when temperatures get lethally cold.

F because the records are so extreme. If they were milder, say +50 to -40C, it would be a D. The lack of a growing season is a big problem.

I'm curious what kind of plants would evolve in a place like this. Hard to rate either way.
