Binghamton easily for me! Snow is a bit excessive tho but more cold rain and milder summers seals the deal![/a]

My esteemed vote goes to Bungfuckinghole but not by much. Miniapples obviously has the better summers but not enough snowfall, on average.

Minneapolis definitely for warmer summers, less snow, and more sun if we use the Wikipedia stats, but I want a more representative station for Binghamton. EDIT: Will go with Binghamton according to updated stats. Significantly warmer in winter while summers aren't much different. Cloudiness isn't a big problem for either climate. EDIT 2: I think I might go with Minneapolis again. Average annual temperature doesn't seem much colder while Minneapolis gets significantly less snow. This is a tough one as you can see.

Actual bing is about 3F warmer than that climate box (the station is 1000ft above the city)
My vote is for bing.

tij where is the rainfall and sunshine for Binghamton? Temperatures don't show much. Binghamton is more snowy, rainy, and cloudy in winter. I prefer Minneapolis for having colder winters and more sun.
