Steelernation wished for Kamloops' recent averages, so I decided given it's the first of its kind of climate I've done in Canada, to do a rate the climate thread on it! Here are the 1981-2010 normals as a reference and it'll tell a bit more on precipitation days and sunshine!
In either case, the takeaway is that its mainly the highs that have moved upward, lows are slowly getting milder but less so, with March and April highs actually being flat or even regressing in the former case. Summers are now above the 22°C line as well due to the 30.5°C July highs. Also, Kamloops saw 12 of the last 17 years reach 38°C/100°F. Snowfall is actually up compared to the old normals in spite of the warmer temperatures, which definitely is a net positive for me! Even considering this, it's still only around levels seen in Nyköping annually so could be a lot better. Precipitation is actually down with about a centimetre annually, in spite of the net increase in snowfall. That means that snowfall has gone from 22.7 % to 24.1 % of annual precipitation using the 1:10 formula, although of course that is not always true for snowfall yields.
My rating is a B- since it's generally quite a comfortable continental climate, it's just a shame that there's not more snowfall than it actually is. Summer have low enough dew points as far as I know of that region that apparent heat shouldn't be a problem and 30/14-ish weather is quite nice. I'd like some more sunshine, however.

B. It’s too stable and it could use more snow and a bit warmer highs. Still probably my favorite Canadian climate.

B+; epic summer averages, but summer records are too stable—both in summer record lows and highs, but at least it ain't muggy. Too dry year-round, especially in winter.

Garbage compared to Abbotsford! winter nights are suprisingly moderated from what I expected though... I'll give it a C/C-, for aridity (it still looks more comfortable than msp for averaages [except heatwaves], to give it some credit).

C-. Too cold in winter and too dry all year. Shoulder seasons and summer lows are also too cool for the time of the year. But it's decent enough to avoid a D or F.

C, too dry and too cold in winter.
I will acknowledge that summers are exceptionally warm for the latitude, however.
