C+; too cold in summer, as well as being too bloody dry for how cold it is. Still better than Shitattleβat least this one has year-round snowfall and epic squalls.

Judging from the geographical location and lack of sunshine, I guess the rain days are very many in numbers. But due to hardly any convection heavy downpours are obviously impossible.

I'd guess about 400 cm of snowfall and merely 300 mm or so for rainfall annually using 1:10, from the month by month guesstimations I made. It wouldn't feel like a cold desert for sure knot .

"The frequent precipitation at the station area is defined by high cyclonic activity during all the year. The number of days with precipitation is about 260 days per year. Around 70-80 mm of precipitation per month falls in the period from February to October. In November, December and January the amount of precipitation is slightly less (60-50 mm of precipitation per month), i.e. the annual variation of precipitation amount is almost absent. Though the solid precipitation (snow, snow grains, tiny pellets of snow) are prevailed during all the year, but liquid and combined precipitation are registered not only in summer, but in winter also"
The 260 days is probably 0.1 mm, but should give a hint.

A-
Epic fucken climate for year-round whaling, sealing, and penguining.
Only loses points due to the low summer diurnals.
