I grant merry Adaminaby with the most bestowed and honourable qualification of A+, for it contains extraordinary precipitation levels by inland standards. Aye!

Chilly to cold all year round. Pleasant summer days only to be ruined by cold nights where your breath shows. Yikes. Too wintry. Even the growing season is brief asf.

Location of the sites used for rainfall in and around Adaminaby. Note that Yaouk is 24klm north and 130m higher altitude than the Adaminaby town site. Long term rainfall data from the Adaminaby Alpine Tourist Park. And rainfall data from Yaouk 24klm north The two sites used I think the rainfall figures are perhaps overstated slightly in the OP, but I don't doubt the veracity of the Mean Min and Max figures claimed.

D+ for the cool temperatures year-round, though with marginally acceptable sunshine and fair rainfall

The decent sunshine hours save it from an E. Even London will feel warmer overall than this tundra-esque garbage.
