I'm going with Vilnius even if winters are too cold and it's too dry. Ahmedabad is way too hot plus outside of summer it's extremely dry.

Vilnius barely. Assume that it’s not too snowy due to plenty of warm fronts. It still sucks though, and Ahmedabad is too hot for my tastes.
