Point Reyes
The only livable climate out of this nasty lot!
Heirarchy:
Point Reyes>>Vostok Station>>>>>>[x1,000,000,000,000]>>>>>>>Lima>>>Kiribati

All are bad, Point Reyes is the least bad based on the weatherbox.
If I had to actually live there for a few years, Lima easily.

Vostok seems like a nice place to get closer to Him.

Lima. At least temperatures are good. All the others are either oceanic crap, tropical nonsense or polar lunacy...

How is this even a choice? One place has eternal meh temperatures with 14c year round that could lead anyone to suicide, second option has almost no sunshine whatsoever while still being dry and cold for some reason, third place is an extremely cold hell hole that would be considered cold even on Mars and the last option is a tropical paradise with comfortable temperatures with perfect conditions for life, growth and human well being.

Actually, Kiribati is an awful lot more suicidal for the likes of meself! Muggy 30° C year-round, whilst also yielding minimal precipitation = bloody nightmare for me.
