 A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Nice long winters where the average temperatures are essentially the same for four straight months. Summers have a rapid warm up and are quite warm, if not considered hot to most people. There is plentiful but not excessive rainfall in the warmer months. Snowfall is excessive and does not completely melt until early August. |

Also save for parking lot snowpiles, that snow is a goner in any year by 10 June |

That spring lag...April highs below freezing. it
B-, still tolerable and good for the most part. Too snowy and spring and fall are too short. I also don't see how the snow lasts until August. It might last until early July in a very snowy, cold year but most years should be early-mid June except for snow piles.
