Which of these will happen first, if ever again?

August has a curse in Northern Europe. It's always stuck right at average here, even last year only just went above 24Β°C having started with a monster heat wave. So I'll have to go with a warm March in NYC, at least the averages will soon sink. However, it's noticeable also in Canada how little spring actually has warmed.

Looking at the history, a warmer March seems to be much more likely.

Sunny August. 6 of 7 Marches have been cold now.

NYC's March. This is just a run of cold Marches. Watch, in the 2020s we'll be mocking the northeast for warming up too fast.
Here's the real question, will KC ever get a cool June again? (seriously: even in the mild 2013 and very cold 2014, June was above average!)
