Stockholm probably has the best possibility in the Nordics to make it 24°C normal highs for 2001-2030, being above it so far (2001 was warmer than average). Being a proper UHI climate, the city also has very mild winters for its latitude. Sunshine is rather high, especially since it's not immediately on the outward coastline. As you see here, often both July and August pass by without one nights below double-digit lows. From September to March, highs are narrowly lower than in Norrköping 160 km to its south-west, something compensated for by the urban lows. April, May and June are roughly equal. This further proves the night-bias that UHI's have on overall means, given that Norrköping has a warmer annual average high (11.7/3.7 vs 11.4/5.1).
Anyway, my grade is a C-
Very nice summers, but winters are rather disappointing. Snow cover doesn't last so well and the warmth potential in off-season isn't great. Having said that, summers are the best you'll find that far north in Europe.

A solid C...
Good summers but winters are kinda boring despite the snow.

D+. Crummers are too cool and winters are far too cold. Spring and fall are also chilly.
Yet June and July are still warmer than in Seattle due to warmer lows.

B-. Hoping summers don't get much warmer than that in the future. Btw do you have any specific means to always using data from 2002, why not 2000 or 2001(start of the millennium)?

Swedish monthly stats began by 1 January 2002, before that you have to calculate raw data manually just to type those into Excel...

Summers are too cool and winters are too gloomy, but otherwise decent.

I'm very disappointed by the September dropoff. Summer looks nice, although I'd prefer somewhat higher diurnal ranges! I also dislike the low precipitation in a poor, summer-heavy pattern and the low sunshine amounts during the winter. Malmö/Lund/Göteborg are significantly better for me (those ones could get a B- or even a B)
C+
