Let's rate Southeastern Europe!
For the purposes of this thread, I will describe the region as Slovenia + Croatia + Bosnia + Serbia/Kosovo + Montenegro + Albania + Macedonia + Bulgaria + Romania + Moldova + Greece + Cyprus... perhaps throwing in western Turkey in there as well...
I think this region deserves a B- or so for having quite a good range of diversity (subtropical/semicontinental-to-continental/mediterranean/alpine), although most places have hotter summers than I would prefer and/or colder winters. Pazin seems like one of the better choicez in the region for me, while Nicosia probably is one of the worst.

B-. Pretty nice region climate-wise with some diversity. Most of it is on the cold side but not too bad. Low-elevation Montenegro and Albania are very good. Southern coastal Croatia as well. The northern regions of Moldova and Romania are the worst, but they still get a D+.
