C-. October to March is nice for summer weather. April to September is somewhat too hot/humid. Overall precipitation is just right for those temps but it could be spread out more evenly. I prefer this place: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kandy#Climate |

Hot, but not horrific so a D. I prefer nuwara eliya for Sri Lanka (it's a bit dull though).
