Let's rate Highland S Asia!
This is designed to focus on the more temperate/milder-subtropical/continental climates of S Asia, which we can define as Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh (no highlands to my knowledge here though), Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan. We can focus on climates like Shimla, Solan, Srinagar, Parachinar, Kabul, Dharmashala, Ooty, Sonamarg, Thimphu, Shillong, Ghazni, Leh, Dras, Nuwara Eliya etc.. . NOT the lowland areas which most people here find uncomfortably hot. Perhaps focus on the climates that are closer to your ideal temperature range here for assessment and contrasting them with similar climates in other zones. I'm giving it a B/B-. The summer monsoon is too strong in most places aside from the far west, and the winter also tends to be too dry outside of the NW. Sri Lanka and S India have highland climates that are pleasant but lack sufficient variation, and can be gloomy as well-- the best ones for me are in the NW (Shimla/Murree).

No idea, I'll rate a C. Most of the places are too wet in summer, winter is mild but usually OK.
