Let's rate Argentina!
To me it's a C+. The north (except for perhaps Salta) is too hot during the summer, while the south is too dry overall, and I dislike the dry-winter precip pattern in much of the country.
Tandil is the best climate with a B (awesome sunshine distribution!), a c for Bariloche, and then mostly mediocre climates, due to either aridity even with okay temps in the south or too hot summers in the north. Tandil and Bariloche combined correctly would be an A+ climate, so there is definitely potential here.

Argie is a complicated place. Some really awesome climates, in particular on the central coast, but the interior, south and north have obvious deficiencies. Upon that balance I think C+ is a fair assessment.

A-. Buenos Aires province has 38% of Argentina's population with large populations in bordering provinces so overall Argentina is very good. Buenos Aires, Bahia Blanca, and Rosario are certainly A climates. An overall aggregate score would probably be something like a B+ but I'll upgrade to an A- because it has a lot of variety. Plus, Argentina has the best climate in the world from what I've seen imo: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jun%C3%ADn,_Buenos_Aires#Climate

D. Most of the central part is D/D+ territory, D-/E+ for the northern lowlands. Again Ds and Es in the south.
Theres some B climates on the Andean front and a bunch of Cs in Patagonia but that doesnโt cancel out the rest. Iโll go D+.
