Hit 89 F (32 C) here on Saturday (May 19th), both TWC and NWS is showing highs in the low 90s mid next week. So I'll go with May 16 - 31.

First one for Manhattan is likely to be Sunday May 26. Would be 6 days off of guess.
LGA and EWR got to 89 F this week, that was on 5/20.

Probably won't happen in May. Barely getting above 80F for the rest of the month. Probably early June. 2000-2018 average is May 27.
Apparently the earliest on record is March 21, 1907. All the more shocking considering that was the year of the 3rd-coldest April and coldest May, and it snowed in May.

It won't hit 90F this year.
I'll go with a max of 87F this year.

Seems both NWS and TWC are in agreement that Sunday will hit 90 F (32 C) so it'll be May 26th if it comes to fruition.
If it's not Sunday, then most certainly early-mid next week as we're forecast highs of 92-95 F (33-35 C) on multiple days.

Today hit 85F in my backyard, which is very impressive this time of year. No record, but quite warm. Only one day of 80F+ in the 15 day forecast at 83 on wednesday. So its unlikely still until mid June.

The way things are going, I'd be pleased if Nyköping just hit 85°F this year, given the recent low-diurnal rain dominance just as summer should start kick into gear. One of July and August averaging above 23°C highs with one mid-80's day would be a solid outcome. That being said, anything can happen.

Today has a predicted high of 90 F (32.2 C) so maybe today might be the day, it's already 82 F (27.8 C) as of 10 am so it's a big possibility.

We hit 90 F on Sunday and twice since then, so May 26th was the right answer indeed.

I’m gonna say the second half of June, which would be super late.
Highest at my PWS so far is 87°F (31°C), though I’ve personally experienced 90’s twice already.

First half of June. Usually it would be reached in May but this month so far has been a cool windy mess... Well I was correct, it breached 90F for the first time here on June 7th with 33.1C/91.6F & officially by Luqa Airport on June 8th with 34.2C/93.6F.

By some miracle we still haven't gotten ours (KNYC); 86F is the highest so far. Even LGA only got to 89 F.
Hopefully stays that way!
