With cold and snowy winters, cold/wet springs, super humid/warm summers with high dew points, and about 1000 hours of sunshine annually --- the residents would surely be whining constantly. I'll give it a C+ since everything is good except for the sunshine and precipitation days. Too much shit falling from the sky but the temps are perfect.

no thx, the extreme precip the nasty summer lows and the lack of sun makes this a D-.

Sunshine hours please so I can decide whether it's an E- or F.

Sunshine hours please so I can decide whether it's an E- or F. Already stated in the post. About 1000 hours annually.

C+; spectacular winters, but with dreary 'ole summers.
I've given your post a "like" for your creativity.

Every month is bad, but I think it's survivable so it gets an E-. Winter months are the best but still have way too many precipitation days.

D. It would be quite acceptable if it wasn't for the suicide-inducing precipitation.
