Monrovia. A very good climate.

Monrovia without even a blink of consideration! Temperatures aren't even that harsh compared to many other inland tropical areas like the Sahel. Days during the dry season are like hot days in the upper midwest which are perfectly manageable with AC, wet season is even milder than that, although probably a bit sticky. It's too cloudy but tropical sun can easily pierce through clouds unlike Fort Smith's subarctic sun.
Fort Smith is absolutely horrendous! Brutally frigid winters that last for nearly half the year, miserably chilly transitions, and tepid crummers. No thanks!

Monrovia for being hot and wet rather than cold and dry
