A Pole of Inaccessibility is a point farther from a coastline than anywhere else in the area. This is a battle between the continental poles of inaccessibility.
Eurasian Pole of Inaccessibility:
The location of this pole is fairly debatable depending on whether or not the Gulf of Ob is part of the ocean. Assuming it is, it would be either at 44.29°N 82.19°E using the Arabian Sea or 45.28°N 88.14°E using the Bohai Sea. If the Gulf of Ob does not count, the pole is at 46°17′N 86°40′E. I will use 45.28°N 88.14°E here which is 2514 km (1562 mi) away from any coastline. Ürümqi is slightly south of the area but also at a slightly higher altitude:

African Pole of Inaccessibility:
The African Pole of Inaccessibility is in the Central African Republic near Obo at 5.65°N 26.17°E, 1814 km (1127 mi) away from the coast. Wau, South Sudan is a fairly close major city with climate data:

North American Pole of Inaccessibility:
The North American Pole of Inaccessibility is near Allen, SD at 43.36°N 101.97°W, 1650 km (1030 mi) away from the coast. Hot Springs, SD is at about the same latitude and elevation as the pole while being slightly west of the pole:

South American Pole of Inaccessibility:
The South American Pole of Inaccessibility is in the southern parts of the Amazon rainforest at 14.05°S 56.85°W about 1513 km (940 mi) away from the coast near Arenápolis, Mato Grosso. A fairly close location with climate data is Cuiabá:

Australian Pole of Inaccessibility:
The Australian Pole of Inaccessibility is around Papunya, NT at 23.17°S 132.27°E, 920 km (572 mi) away from the coast. Alice Springs is fairly close and is about the same elevation:

Antarctic Pole of Inaccessibility:
Lastly, we have the Antarctic Pole of Inaccessibility. It usually refers to this former Antarctic research station. Later studies have given other locations, but they are all fairly close to this point. The research station has no climate data but the climate there should be similar to Vostok, or possibly even colder than Vostok:

Please choose fairly and do not consider non-climatic factors such as pollution.
Personally I choose Alice Springs. It's just a mediocre solid C climate but better than the other choices.
