I'll give this an A- since summers have very hot record highs and winters are kinda short, despite the high snowfall and cold record lows throughout the year. It could be sunnier in the winter as well.

E+. Shitty winters and rainy, humid, cloudy crummers. Crummers? LOL, those summers are scorching, with such extreme records! It's not good for me either, its way too continental for one (although the record lows aren't bad). The precip is too high, but it admittedly is in a good pattern, but with way too much snow to feasibly handle, so it's a D from me.

Meh. It would be an A if snowfall was over 1000cm and every month averaged over 1cm. Imagine a record high of 55C and a record low of -5, with snow and 50C possible in the same month.
I gave it a D. Spring and fall are decent but a bit wet. Summer is too hot but it probably gets impressive storms. Winter is too wet. Most of the winter precipitation is snow instead of cold rain, if it was all cold rain the winters would be terrible. Still, 200cm snowfall in a month is probably too much for me to enjoy.

Really good summer temps but too cloudy and wet. March, October and November are decent too. The rest of the year is a write off with no sun, rain and probably windy. E+ mainly due to november-april being pretty decent except the summer record lows.
